  6. Once they’ve cooled, peel them and cut them in half lengthwise.
  7. Pop-out the yolks and put them all in a bowl.
  8. Take a fork and mash the yolks until there are no clumps.
  9.  Mix the yolks with mayonnaise, greek yogurt, onions, and capers.
  10. Add salt to taste.
  11. Mix well and mash until it’s smooth.

If you want to make your mixture smoother, place it inside a plastic food storage bag. Squeeze and roll the bag around in your fingers until the texture is to your preference

  1. Using a piping bag or the plastic bag with the corner cut off, pipe the mixture into the egg whites halves.
  2. Sprinkle a little bit of paprika over the eggs with your fingers and voila, you’re done!

Studies indicate that eggs contain vitamin B12 and vitamin B6, which boost energy and contribute to the production of red blood cells. Due to their high protein content and the important role these vitamins play in your body, egg protein powders hold considerable popularity, too. Experts also state that eggs contain many other important micronutrients like vitamin A and vitamin K, essential for maintaining good eye health and muscle function.

The possibilities are endless when it comes to making food with eggs. Try to incorporate vegetables into your egg recipes so that you’ll be getting nutrients from veggies, as well.
