I’ve always been extremely active, even as a young child. So it was only natural that I studied exercise physiology in grad school—and built a career in the fitness industry over time. This has been a hard but rewarding journey, filled with strict dieting and training. I’ve become one of the top competitive NPC bikini athletes in the country—and want help raise awareness about health and fitness by sharing my expertise with more people around the globe.

I’ve written numerous articles, worked with prestigious brands, and trained several high-level executives in physical activity, nutrition, and the science of exercise. I’m a fitness coach, model, and entrepreneur—with a people-first attitude toward health and wellness.
