Returns & Exchanges

All orders purchased from our ‘Shop’ section on 1and1life.com are final. We offer free returns on 1and1 Life merchandise that is defected. In order to process the return, the item must not have been worn, altered, or washed and with all original tags attached (applicable to Hawaii and Continental U.S. Free returns are not offered for Puerto Rico orders). Again, all orders are final except for orders that are defected, or fulfilled using the wrong item.  

If you wish to return your item(s) for any of the reasons mentioned above, please email connect@1and1life.com with your case. We operate on a case by case basis.

RETURNS IN THE EVENT OF DEFECTED OR WRONGLY FULFILLED MERCHANDISE MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 21 DAYS OF THE ORDER DATE.

For returns, you will receive a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping) in the original form of payment.

1and1 Life reserves the right to refuse a return for any reason at our discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, merchandise that does not comply with our policy stated in the first paragraph above.

In the event that you do engage in a return, an email notification will be sent to you once your refund has been processed by 1and1 Life. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 7-10 business days from the date of your return package arrival (please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from 1and1 Life). 

Any error in a shipment or damaged product must be reported within 48 hours of the package arrival or the item will not be refunded.
