Food And Fitness Journal 2019

Pros

Our dedicated sweat junkie

This journal is wonderfully designed with pages for tracking water, measurements, food intake, daily entries, vitamins & supplements, and mood.

It is very thorough—and even mindful. It has space for you to track how you feel, in addition to sections on nutrition and workouts.

Cons

There is no specific page to log what exercises and reps and sets you completed during your workouts. There isn’t a space to log strength increases, or personal bests.

Bottom Line

This journal focuses heavily on mindset, motivation, and nutrition. It is a very well-rounded journal for our sweat junkies that like to track the little things.

Fitlosophy FitBook: Fitness Journal

Pros

Our detail oriented fitness enthusiast

This journal has a page to track everything. It includes pages to track all measurements, daily meals, progress in strength training, cardio, & workout classes, and personal goals. This also includes space to write inspirational quotes, to plan your weeks out, and for you to break down how your week went.

You have a space to track everything that has to do with your fitness journey, including the mental part of your journey—which is extremely important.

Cons

For our fitness beginners, the amount of information you have to track in this journal could be overwhelming. It is very detailed, and may not be for you if you get overwhelmed easily.

Bottom Line

This is the perfect journal for detail-oriented people who like to keep track of everything—whether that’s your macros for the day, or your personal bests at the gym.

Hello New Me: A Daily Food and Exercise Journal

Hello New Me: A Daily Food and Exercise Journal

Pros

Anyone looking for a cute, simple, and clear way to track their fitness journey

This 12 week journal is an easy way to record just about everything during your fitness journey. Record daily water intake, daily activity, cravings, sleep, mood, measurements, and how you feel about your progress.

It has a space to record just about everything, especially nutrition, which is going to be the biggest key to your success. This journal also comes in a very convenient size, so you can toss it into any gym bag or purse.

Cons

There are only 2 pages to track your measurements for 90 days: one at the front, and one at the end. Also, all the pages are pretty much the same. So if you like routine, this is for you. If you need the motivation on every page, try something else.

Bottom Line
