Pros: The best part about this supplement is that it comes in capsule form. There is no mixing, no need to worry about taste, and no need to worry about another powdered supplement! It comes in a huge supply of 400 capsules and you only need to take 1 or 2 a day.
Cons: If you don’t want to add a pill or two to your daily supplementing, this isn’t the supplement for you!
Bottom Line: These are a great addition to your diet if you feel like you’re not getting all the nutrients you need. These are an awesome, quick supplement to fill in that gap.
Not only does this contain 20+ organic nutrients; you will be pleasantly surprised by the taste of this supplement. It also has probiotics and digestive enzymes to help your body intake the nutrients you are giving it!
The powder has a tough time dissolving in water. You will most likely have to use a shaker bottle to help mix it.
