The Metcon is an extremely comfortable cross-trainer that offers support during your most rigorous workouts. It is durable, lightweight, and offers a flat sole for squats and other compound lifts. Lightweight, durable, snug fit for support during functional training, but the low cut silhouette of the shoe allows for extreme ankle mobility.
Reviewers stated that it does not offer enough support or cushioning for our long distance runners.
If you are a CrossFit-er, or a fitness lover who goes from the platform to a run, this shoe is a solid choice, thanks to its comfort and support. It has been proven to be a top sneaker choice for functional fitness.
NMD is the abbreviation for “nomad.”, This shoe was designed for the modern day nomad who wants to run to the gym and then go straight into his or her lift. It was designed with lightweight comfort in mind, so you can feel light on your feet, but comfortable enough to continue to wear them all day long. They have a stretchy upper design and very responsive cushioning. They look great on your feet while gripping any terrain you run along. They are breathable, well ventilated, sturdy, light, and extremely comfortable.
These run a bit big. Also, the Primeknit line has a ‘sock-like’ feel, so this isn’t as sturdy for a tough leg day.
NMDs look great on your feet while still being extremely functional. The sleek style allows you to go from a run to the gym and then out for a night on the town. Adidas’ colorways are extremely versatile, and the brand is consistently dropping lines with new looks.
