Pros

Thorne claims to partner only with suppliers who believe in the highest quality and are science backed, which means they carry a higher potency product. With this higher potency means better absorption and digestibility.

Cons

Some reviewers say this BCAA is too sweet, but a way to combat this is by adding a bit more water.

Bottom Line

For everyone out there who stands behind companies that strive to protect our environment, this is one of them. Due to the higher potency of this product, it is definitely one of the top options available on the market.

Pros

This is by far the cleanest BCAA on the market. It’s vegan, has 3-5x more servings than competitors, is pharmaceutical grade, and dissolves very quickly, which means no chalky or chunky BCAAs.

Cons

The brand, NAKED, is just that. The bare minimum and only what your body needs. So, when you buy these BCAAs, you will not get any of the artificial flavorings or sweeteners you will find in every other BCAA on the market. All they do is add a zero calorie, no sugar water flavor enhancer to their mix! Due to this, there is a lack of taste in comparison to some of the other BCAA's on the market.

Bottom Line

Reviewers say they love the changes they are seeing in their body with this BCAA. If you're someone who doesn't need your BCAA's to taste great with all the extra crap put in to it, this would be a great choice!

Natura BCAAs

Pros

Natura requires each product to be tested to ensure the highest quality standard when it comes to their supplements. With the mantra “All Natural”, they truly embody this with their ingredient list. Being in capsule form, it makes taking this supplement a breeze, and you know you’re getting the correct dosage every time.

Cons

If you won’t remember to take these before and after your sweat session, these probably aren’t the best way to get your BCAAs in.

Bottom Line

Due to the excellent all natural ingredient listing and the process that Natura puts its products through to ensure the highest quality standard, this is definitely also one of the better BCAA's on the market.

So many supplement manufacturers claim that their products aren’t pumped full of fillers. Furthermore, they claim that they don’t use artificial flavors in their proprietary blends. Proprietary, of course, means that we don’t actually know what’s in it. Therefore, I dedicated myself to finding the best tasting Branch Chain Amino Acids (BCAA’s) on the market this year. Furthermore, I sought to find the cleanest option. Why? Because what you put into your body post-workout is just as important as the time you put into your workouts.

Why Take BCAA Supplements

7 Awesome BCAA Benefits (You Should Know About!) – UltimateFatBurner.com

Taking supplements can be confusing. People take BCAA’s in order to improve lean muscle mass and enhance exercise performance. They also help with weight loss and recovery time. Many people who are deep into fitness swear their BCAAs push them out of their plateaus. They also say that BCAAs are among the supplements that increase fat loss. But again, your supplement choice is important and should be clean—not full of all the BS.

Which BCAA Is Right For Me?

In this review, I compared Thorne, Naked, and Natura BCAAs. Each product has its pros and cons. Thorne targets their supplement at people who are active about their environmentalism. Naked is, as the name suggests, naked from all of the fillers that wind up in today’s protein powders. And of course, Natura derives its products from all-natural sources. These are among the cleanest branch chain amino acids. So, dig into my thoughts on the pros, cons, and bottom line of each of these BCAA sources. Then, pick the one that’s best for you.
