This bag is both durable and affordable. It won’t leak or leave a mess, and with its size, training can be done anywhere. The handles and unique design allow for you to explore close to 400 exercises! That’s a lot of working out to do. It can be a fun way to sculpt your abs, and improve your overall strength & power. I incorporated sandbags into my own workouts and experimented with some personal training clients. Needless to say, this implement turned up the heat. By manipulating variables such as body position, holding position, and the plane of motion, I was able to craft some high calorie burning, total body workouts that left my abs on fire (You will get sore). My clients loved it as well because it added a ton of variety to their workouts, and offered a high value for functional fitness (there’s so much you can do with it!). Most importantly, it was getting them the results they desired. Many people even reported improvements in their traditional lifting movements.


There is an initial learning curve when you are first picking the sandbag. It doesn’t move like many other traditional fitness tools, but once you break through this, a whole new world opens up for you.
