The Best Healthy Snacks: My Homemade Protein Bars Recipe

Most protein bars on the market contain glycerin, dextrose, and sucralose. RX bars make use of the natural sweetness of dates, providing an extra burst of potassium. This homemade protein bar is an ideal pre-workout snack that also doubles up as a nutritious dessert. It’s a mixed plant protein bar that makes use of simple ingredients and takes less than an hour to prepare.
