Who’s it good for: It’s built for athletes and those looking to take their recovery to the next level. Notable Attributes/Details: This amazing device has 3 vibrational speeds that translate to deep muscle relaxation. It is almost twice as effective as regular foam rolling to warmup and actively recover. Not full size, so it’s travel friendly. Durable outer shell, so it will last. Multiple speeds provide a variety of massages. Comes with a powerful motor. Easy to use.


The battery life can be a little short, and it’s noisy.

Bottom Line

You need to have this if you’re trying to recover as hard as you train. You’ll feel the difference over a regular foam roller by a landslide. I would give it 4 out of 5 stars.

I love using it, and on the occasion where I’ve been able to use them with my high school athletes, I saw a noticeable difference in movement quality.
