Preheat your grill on high heat. If you want to cook the fajitas in the oven instead, you can also preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
- Cut four sheets of foil that are 12 inches long.
- Combine shrimp, bell peppers, and onion in a large bowl and toss with oil, taco seasoning, and lime juice. If you are using Trifecta shrimp, toss all of the ingredients as usual. But, don’t add the shrimp until Step 5.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and add to the center of each piece of foil.
