  • Lowering your risk of cancer. Biking, running, or any type of physical exercise can lower your risk of cancer, especially when you are pairing it with balanced and healthy meals consisting of lean proteins, leafy greens, and whole grains.
  • Reduce arthritis symptoms. COVID has changed the way we work, leaving many of us sitting down more often. A great way to combat this is by stretching and engaging in exercises that have you get up and move your legs. Biking is a great way to strengthen your leg muscles and help you maintain mobility, specifically in the knee joints.
  • Improve and increase your social activity. Many people have found friends and communities they interact with through running or biking.
