Fitness was my lifeline, guiding me to balance and self-love. With a background in personal training and nutrition, I’ve dedicated the last eight years to helping others find this same path. I believe in transforming lives through nutrition, exercise, and healthy habits, aiming to inspire self-love in everyone I work with.

Long story short: fitness saved my life. After I fell into a dark place, it provided me with the tools to get back to a place of balance—of mind, body and soul. I finally understood what it meant to love the body you’re in—and as a result, what it meant to truly love myself.

Ultimately, the ups and down were worth it. Thanks to my journey, I know my purpose in life is to help as many people as possible in their own journey to discover self-love. I’ve worked with thousands of people over the last eight year—not only to transform their nutrition and exercise, but also to create lifelong, healthy habits.
